German Panzer IV H

Notable impovements to the Panzer IV H model was the addition of shurzen plates and zimmerit.  The shurzen plates and zimmerit were meant to counter the increased usage of magnetic and shaped anti tank devices.  This model and be produced with or without the zimmerit.
